January 31, Fineko/abc.az. The total number of payment cards increased by 71,000 cards in November 2019.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank's statistics that the number of social cards has decreased.

So, compared with the end of November, the number of social cards in December lowered by 26,000 to 2.38 millioncards. While social cards declined, the number of salary cards for December grew by 10,000 up to 2.316 million, and the number of other debit cards without wages and social cards increased by 29,000 up to 1.769 million, and the number of credit cards by 46,000 up to 797,000.

It should be noted that the increase in the number of salary cards was stimulated by measures on registration of employees.
