January 31, Fineko/abc.az. The supply exceeded the demand in the currency market of Azerbaijan this January.

ABC.AZ informs that the statement was made Central Bank’s chairman Elman Rustamov at a press conference on the announcement of the parameters of the interest rate corridor.

Rustamov pointed out that in January the State Oil Fund could not sell $240 million. Touching on the matter of the manat exchange rate, the CBA chair stressed that the manat exchange rate is under pressure of price rising.
