NBC Bank reduced overdue loans

January 23, Fineko/abc.az. The total amount of overdue loans of NBC Bank decreased by AZN 2.109 million for the past year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Bank's financial indicators that the total amount of overdue loans amounted to AZN 11.157 million at the end of 2018 and AZN 9.048 million at the end of 2019. The share of overdue loans in the loan portfolio fell from 5.26% to 3.58%.

Last year NBC Bank's loan portfolio grew by AZN 40.394 million up to AZN 252.598 million. The share of non-standard loans in the loan portfolio declined from 4.6% to 3.20%. Non-standard assets (overdue loans up to 90 days or more) are "unsatisfactory", "dangerous" and "hopeless" assets.
