December 28, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of AzRe Reinsurance will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held on 28 January 2020. The agenda of the meeting includes discussion of the initial financial statements of 2019, discussion of the company's retained earnings for previous years, and other issues.

The meeting will be held at the head office of AzRe Reinsurance at address: 6A, Bakikhanov Street, Bridge Plaza, Baku City.

AzRe Reinsurance is owned by six individuals.
