November 6, Fineko/abc.az. We intend to bring a new system of innovations to Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by MasterCard’s director for Azerbaijan Erdem Chakar at the IV International Banking Forum "Cashless Economy: Towards Sustainable Banking".

Chakar also mentioned other projects implemented by MasterCard: "We are planning to bring to Azerbaijan a payment system by transport, which is used by many countries. This is a new transport card. Next year we’ll continue card discount campaigns. At the same time, we intend to enlighten the public about the non-cash payment system. It is the duty of each of us. We’ll fulfill all the tasks assigned to us. We’ll try to make everyone in Azerbaijan aware of the non-cash payment system."
