Foundation of a 4-storey house for quake victim families laid in Shemakha

Today, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the ceremony of laying the foundation of a four-storey residential building with 44 apartments on the 20th January Street for families affected by the earthquake in Shemakha. The head of state laid the foundation of the new building.
