The Center for Analysis & Communication of Economic Reforms of Azerbaijan recommends further restructuring of unstable banks.

The Strategic Roadmap Monitoring & Assessment Group recommends detailed analysis on investment issues, accelerate work on development of private/public partnership, and encourage raising private investment for infrastructure projects.

The Group also recommends continuing execution of business reforms, adoption of the Competitiveness Code, institutional reforms, restructuring of capitally unsustainable banks, increase investments in the public utility sector by local and foreign investors.

The Group presented the recommendations following the evaluation of activity of governmental bodies in the first half of this year.
