Demand at Central Bank’s deposit auction exceeded supply more than 2.5 times

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held another deposit auction on 2 October.

The CBA reports that it was raised AZN 200 million at the auction.

"At that, AZN 574 million were offered for the auction, and weighted average interest rate on transactions made up 10.01%," the CBA informed.

Thus, demand at the deposit auction exceeded the supply by over 2.5 times.
