October 26, Fineko/abc.az. The indicators of the compulsory real estate insurance market in Azerbaijan for Jan-Sept 2026 have been published.

According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, in the first 9 months of 2026, premiums in this segment amounted to 56.069 million manats and compensation payments - 3.207 million manats.

For comparison, in the same period of 2025, the premiums on compulsory real estate insurance totaled 67.8 million manats and payments - 2.8 million manats.

Compared with Jan-Sept 2025, the premiums for Jan-Sept 2026 decreased by 11.733 million manats, or about 17.3%, from 67.802 million to 56.69 million manats.

On the contrary, a rise in payments was recorded. If for Jan-Sept 2025 they reached 2.8 million manats, then in the same period of 2026 the indicator grew by 1.127 million manats, or about 54.2%, reaching 3.207 million manats.
