October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The auction for the placement of bonds of AZƏRMAŞ GROUP LLC with the international securities identification code (ISIN) AZ2001027302 has been successfully completed on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

Due to the compliance of the trading results with the established requirements, the bonds are included in the listing segment of the Standard Market.

All 10,000 proposed bonds with total issue volume of 10 million manats were fully placed among 71 investors. The maturity of non-documentary bonds is three years, with annual yield of 13%. Interest payments will be made once every three months.

60% of the nominal value of the bonds is guaranteed by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan. The placement underwriter is PASHA Kapital I.Ş. CJSC.
