October 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Resolution dated June 2, 2023 "On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Financial Assistance to Entrepreneurs Engaged in Production Activities in the Territories Liberated from Occupation for the Use of Public Utilities (electricity, natural gas, water supply and sanitation)".

In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

Under the Resolution, by July 1, the Ministry of Economy will submit to the Ministry of Finance a draft budget in accordance with Article 11.8 of the Law on the Budget System on the funds needed for the next year in connection with the payment of financial assistance.
