September 3, Fineko/abc.az. More than 53,800 tons of cotton fiber and over 14,800 tons of cotton yarn were produced in Azerbaijan in January–July 2026.

According to the State Statistics Committee, compared with the same period in 2025, cotton fiber production increased by 12.8%, while cotton yarn production rose by 33.6%.

As of August 1, inventories of finished products stood at 12,800 tons of cotton fiber and 2,880 tons of cotton yarn.
