August 20, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has imposed an administrative fine on an official of "CFI Financial Investment Company" CJSC.

A thematic inspection conducted by the regulatory authority revealed non-compliance with the "Corporate Governance Standards for Investment Companies."

Consequently, the company official was fined 500 AZN pursuant to Article 416.0.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
