Azerbaijan Railways to buy land for construction of section of North-South transport corridor

December 13, Fineko/abc.az. By Decision #528 the Cabinet Ministers endorsed a body to buy land for construction of a section of international transport corridor North-South running through the territory of Azerbaijan.

Under the decision, the body to purchase 56 km on section Gasimli - Astara - part of the North-South corridor was established by Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.

Control over fulfillment of this decision is tasked to the Cabinet Ministers’ Department of Regional Development, Agriculture & Environmental Issues.
