July 15, Fineko/abc.az. The integration of platform myGov Biznes with government agencies has begun.

Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Hasanov said this at a roundtable in Baku on the topic "Digital Architecture: Program Management and Results-Oriented Approach".

He added that the processes implemented at different stages in various government agencies are now combined on a single platform:

"Providing all services through myGov allows us providing proactive services to citizens. For example, after birth registration, information is automatically transferred from the Ministry of Health system to the Ministry of Justice. Thus, end-to-end digitalization of the entire process becomes possible. As a result, a number of services have already been fully provided through myGov, and work in this direction continues. A similar approach is to be applied in the relationship between business and the state. To this end, platform myGov Biznes has been tested, and work has already begun on integrating it with a range of government agencies."

In addition, the deputy minister said that Azerbaijan plans to switch to myGov agent-oriented platform:

"The beta version of myGov chatbot has already been launched. In the coming months, we aim to switch to myGov agent-oriented platform. Projects have already been identified in this direction, and they are to be completed in the coming months. Integration of “voice-to-text” and “voice-to-voice” technologies into myGov is also planned. This will allow citizens to access necessary services through myGov by sending voice messages. At the same time, we are working closely with other government agencies to introduce artificial intelligence. Various use cases have been identified, and some projects have already been launched. In accordance with the President's instructions, each government agency has appointed a deputy-level official responsible for digitalization. Bilateral meetings have been held with most of these officials, and some have been discussed multiple times. I believe this approach is an important and strategic step towards rapid introduction of digital transformation initiatives."
