June 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's oil & gas sector continues to experience a downward trend in GDP.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, for Jan-May 2026, GDP of the oil & gas sector declined by 1% versus Jan-May 2025 to 16.125 bn manats.

Over Jan-Apr 2026, a drop was also recorded in the sector. During this period, GDP of the oil & gas sector reduced by 0.9% compared with Jan-Apr 2025.
