4.5 bn manats allocated for restoration of Karabakh

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, 4.454 bn manats were allocated from the State Budget of Azerbaijan for the restoration and reconstruction of the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Annual Report on State Budget 2025, submitted for discussion at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship, that the allocated money were directed for the following expenditure items:

• Within the targeted financing: 3.78 bn manats (84.9%);

• From the State Budget Reserve Fund: 334 million manats (7.5%);

• Under the item of state capital investments: 276.3 million manats (6.2%);

• From State Budget other reserves: 62.7 million manats (1.4%).
