U.S. and Iran are close to a framework agreement, but controversial issues remain

May 25, Fineko/abc.az. The framework agreement between Washington and Tehran is 95% ready.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Fox News, the negotiators are currently still arguing over the wording, regarding the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's nuclear materials stockpile.

"But we are negotiating the wording," the officials said.

Earlier, the U.S. State Department admitted the possibility of resuming hostilities against Iran.
