May 25, Fineko/abc.az. A general meeting of the shareholders of PASHA Bank will be held in the 2nd half of June 2026 and will consider the issue of paying dividends.

ABC.AZ reports that Murad Suleymanov, a member of the Board of PASHA Bank and Chief Financial Officer, made the relevant statement at a press conference on the bank's financial results for 2025.

According to Suleymanov, by the end of 2025, it is planned to pay dividends in the amount of 107 million manats to the shareholders.

"We also plan to pay dividends to new shareholders," he emphasized.
