May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Despite the fact that the index of customer complaints in the Azerbaijani banking sector increased in April in some banks, a drop was recorded in the overall picture for a number of participants.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that in Expressbank, which in March showed the highest indicator in the sector, the complaints index decreased from 2.64 to 1.82 points.
