May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2026, Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves increased by $2.9 bn, or 3.4%, reaching $88 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that CBA governor Taleh Kazimov aid this at today’s media conference.

According to Kazimov, the current volume of strategic reserves covers country's imports for 38 months, and is also 3.7-fold higher than the broad money supply (aggregate M2).
