Central Bank takes new steps in respect to Naxçıvanbank

May 5, Fineko/abc.az. In order to increase the satisfaction of citizens and ensure the convenience of using the services, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan simplifies the process of returning the remaining funds on the accounts of depositors and other holders of deposit accounts of Naxçıvanbank.

ABC.AZ informs that the innovation being introduced will allow citizens living in different regions of the country to apply online.

Thus, citizens will be able to ensure the transfer of their remaining funds to the relevant bank accounts by submitting an online application through the E-Appeals System on the Central Bank's E-Services Portal. In this case, a copy of the identity document must be attached to the application (if submitted by a representative, copies of the representative's documents and a power of attorney), bank account details and other necessary documents.

Citizens who wish to apply in physical form can still apply to the Nakhchivan Central Bank Office. In this case, individuals are offered the opportunity to receive funds in cash (regardless of the amount), and legal entities and individual entrepreneurs — by transfer. Persons experiencing difficulties using e-services can contact the reception departments of the Central Bank at the ASAN Xidmet centers #2 and #5 to apply for funds transfer to the relevant bank accounts.
