May 4, Fineko/abc.az. Information on CBA’s next decision on the parameters of the interest rate corridor will be made public on May 6, 2026.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that the relevant decision will be made based on the forecast and direction of actual inflation, as well as updated results of the macroeconomic analysis.

"The Central Bank will continue using all available means at its disposal to ensure price stability. In case of a risk of deviation of the inflation forecast from the target value, adequate policy steps will be taken," the CBA says.

By CBA Board’s decision, the discount rate at the beginning of the year was reduced by 0.25 percentage points to 6.5%, the lower limit of the interest rate range to 5.5% and the upper limit range to 7.5%. In CBA’s last decision from April 2, the parameters of the interest rate corridor were kept stable.
