April 29, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2026, 268 projects were implemented in the territories of Azerbaijan, liberated from occupation, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Finance.
386.2 million manats were allocated for these projects (11% of the actual allocations).
Over the past 3 months, 41 projects were implemented in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur in the field of transport, 15 ones in the field of water management and land reclamation, 6 ones in energy and industry, 19 ones in defense and law enforcement, 171 ones in social and 16 in other projects.
Over the reported term, 185 million manats (execution: 17.6%) were allocated for transport projects, 153 million manats (9%) for social projects, 26.3 million manats (18.3%) for defense and law enforcement projects, and 21.9 million manats (9%) for other projects.
No funds were allocated for projects in the field of water management, land reclamation, and energy.
