April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has carried out the state registration of Cib Kapital Investisia Şirkəti CJSC.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the MoE that the legal address of the new company is 13A Khojali Avenue, Khatayi district, Baku. Its authorized capital is 200,000 manats more than the minimum requirement set for investment companies, that is, 500,000 manats, and Gunduz Gezalov is the legal representative.

Currently, 12 investment companies in the country have a relevant license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
