February 10, Fineko/abc.az. Data has been published on the number of real estate properties purchased by foreign citizens in Azerbaijan from 2021 to 2025, as well as on the districts and cities where they most often bought real estate.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Real Estate Service, Russian citizens are the leaders in the number of purchases – they bought 4,638 properties. In the following places: Georgia – 716, Turkey – 312, Ukraine – 198, Iran – 187, Kazakhstan – 160, Germany – 105, USA – 72, Albania – 63, Israel – 58 and other countries.

In total, over the past 5 years, citizens of 57 countries have purchased 6,913 properties, a total of 6,182 people.
