January 29, Fineko/abc.az. As of January 1, 2025, the volume of loans given by banks and non-bank organizations operating in Azerbaijan to the transport and communications sector reached 2.199 bn manats, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

This figure is 55.1 million manats or 2.6% more month-on-month and 338.7 million manats or 18.2% more against 2024.

As of January 1, 2025, the loan portfolio for lending to the real sector in Azerbaijan totaled 32.47 bn manats.

This means an increase of 462.5 million manats, or 1.4% month-on-month, and 2.7 bn manats. by 9.2% against 2024.
