According to the Baku City Statistics Department, the turnover of public catering in Baku increased by 6.4% in real terms in annual terms.

475.5 million manats, or 55.6% of the overall turnover of public catering accounted for legal entities.

Over Jan-May 2026, the turnover of public catering in Azerbaijan increased by 5.8% in real terms versus the 2025 same term, reaching 1.119 billion manats.
