Germany updates record of LNG imports from U.S.

January 23, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, Germany purchased 101 TWh of liquefied natural gas from the U.S. - 60% more than a year earlier, spending €3.2 billion.

ABC.AZ informs that around 96% of LNG imports accounted for American gas, which is criticized by environmentalists from DUH, who warn of country's dependence and threats to the environment because of fracking.
