December 26, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has prepared a strategic roadmap in connection with the partial (60-70%) transfer to investors of a stake in Bahar field located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to Spring Energy Operating Company Limited, that work on attracting investors will continue in the 1st quarter of 2026 as part of the Roadmap.

Changes were made in the distribution of shares in the management of the Bahar and Qum-Dəniz fields, and starting from August 15, 2025, SOCAR acquired 100% of the shares in BEOC. Thus, the project came under the management of SOCAR on the basis of the HPBS.
