December 18, Fineko/abc.az. TheState Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is planning to participate in an oil pipeline construction project in Pakistan as an investor, ABC.AZ reports, quoting the Minister of Finance and Revenue of Pakistan, Mohammed Aurangzeb.
He said that negotiations are still at an early stage: "Discussions are ongoing, and we hope that this particular project will be one of the first to reach the final stage of implementation."
