December 15, Fineko/abc.az. The index of customer complaints about banking services in November 2025 in Azerbaijan has been published. According to the index, Yelobank was the second bank that customers complained about the most during the specified period. Thus, the index of complaints against this bank for the specified period was 2.88. The income of the bank, which complaints were growing, also decreased.
This fact is reflected in the ABC.AZ’s estimates, based on the bank's statistics for Jan-Sept 2024 and for Jan-Sept 2025.
It is estimated that Yelobank's net profit for Jan-Sept 2024 amounted to approx. 35 million manats. The bank's revenues for the same period in 2025 decreased sharply.
Thus, the net profit for Jan-Sept of this year reached around 25 million manats. As can be seen, bank's revenues lowered by 10 million manats against last year. This means either reducing the number of bank customers, withdrawing deposits, or limiting the loan tranche. In general, this means a reduction in the bank.
