December 15, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the control measures carried out by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, mandatory instructions were given to Stimul Credit Union LLC and Total Finans Credit Union, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank.

So, since both credit unions have not submitted reports for the 3rd quarter of 2025, the requirement of clause 10.3 of the Rules of prudential regulation of credit unions were not satisfied.

On this basis, in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph 4.4.4 of the Procedure for issuing a banking license to a credit union, the Central Bank of has given mandatory instructions to credit unions on the immediate submission of reports and their timely provision in subsequent periods.
