November 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has announced a tender procedure.

ABC.AZ reports that the tender envisages the purchase of residential premises using the leasing mechanism with the obligation to sell them - 3. The estimated price is 199,500 000 manats.

The purchase of residential premises, taking into account the needs of citizens, will be carried out in residential areas located within the administrative territory of Baku city.

When the participants offer residential space in an amount less than the total volume of the purchase item, the purchasing organization determines the winner by evaluating these proposals. At the same time, the total area of residential premises to be provided by suppliers should not be less than 20,000 sq m.
