November 4, Fineko/abc.az. The residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic can be exempt from the most of taxes for 10-year period.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the budget materials for 2026.

In this regard, amendments to the Tax Code are planned.

According to the proposed amendments, the Nakhchivan residents will be exempt from paying income tax, property, land and simplified taxes for 10 years starting from January 1, 2026.

In addition, the dividend income of shareholders of legal entities that are residents of the NAR is also to be exempt from taxes for 10 years, starting from January 1, 2026.
