September 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan intends to become the leader in the field of technology competitiveness.

ABC.AZ informs that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov made the above-said statement at the INMerge innovation Summit in Baku.

He noted that Azerbaijan aspires to increase competitiveness in the field of innovations and technologies: "We are taking serious steps in this direction. Azerbaijan aims to minimize its oil and gas dependence by developing a modern economy."
