September 10, Fineko/abc.az. From January to August 2025, industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan produced goods worth 42 billion manat, representing a 1.2% decrease compared to the same period last year.

According to ABC.AZ, citing the State Statistics Committee, production in the oil and gas sector fell by 2.1%, while non-oil and gas industry output increased by 4.8%.

By sector, 61.2% of industrial production came from mining, 32.3% from manufacturing, 5.5% from electricity, gas, and steam supply, and 1% from water supply, waste management, and recycling.

In the mining sector, crude oil production decreased by 4.7%, whereas natural gas production rose by 2.8%.
