August 29, Fineko/abc.az. As of August 1 of this year, the volume of deposits in banks from the Karabakh economic region amounted to 95.835 million manats.

According to ABC.AZ, this was reported by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The figure is 2.7 million manats (2.8%) lower than a month ago but 12.9 million manats (15.6%) higher than on August 1, 2024. Meanwhile, as of August 1, 2025, deposits in banks from the Eastern Zangazur economic region amounted to 778 thousand manats, an increase of 49 thousand manats (8.2%) compared to the previous month. It should be noted that as of August 1 of this year, the total volume of deposits in Azerbaijan by region stood at 15.456 billion manats, up by 19.087 million manats (0.1%) compared to the previous month and 1.5 billion manats (10.7%) higher than on August 1, 2024.
