August 22, Fineko/abc.az. In January-June of this year, 4.9 billion cubic meters of natural gas (in gaseous state) worth $1.4 billion were exported from Azerbaijan to Turkey.

According to ABC.AZ, this was stated in a report by the State Statistics Committee. According to the report, this figure is $190.7 million, or 12.3%, less in value terms, and 36 million cubic meters, or 0.8%, less in volume terms, compared to the same period last year. It should be noted that in January-June 2025, 25.2 billion cubic meters of natural gas were produced in the country.

Of this, 6.6 billion cubic meters came from Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, 13.8 billion cubic meters from Shah Deniz, 0.8 billion cubic meters from the Absheron field, and about 4 billion cubic meters from SOCAR.
