August 7, Fineko/abc.az. As of August 1, 2025, the number of registered commercial organizations increased by 8.1% against Jan-Jul 2024 up to 198,371 ones, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Tax Service. 

Over Jan-Jul 2025, 8,196 commercial organizations were registered, of which 88.5% were with local investments and 11.5% with foreign investments. 91.8% of commercial legal entities that have passed state registration are limited liability companies, 1.1% - joint-stock companies, 1.1% - cooperatives and other forms. 

84.6% of commercial organizations were registered electronically. The share of e-registration of LLCs with local investments was 96.1%.
