August 6, Fineko/abc.az. The rules of organization and provision of electronic services have been approved.

ABC.AZ informs that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree. 

According to the document, these rules will regulate issues concerning the use of information technologies by central and local executive authorities, legal entities with a controlling stake (shares) owned by the state, public law legal entities established on behalf of the state, and other budgetary organizations (hereinafter referred to as governmental agencies) and the organization of provision of e- services through information systems, provision of e-services to other governmental agencies, municipalities, individuals and legal entities. 

These Rules will also apply to other entities involved in provision of e-services in relation to their activities surrounding these services. 
The possibility of making payments for e-services will be rendered by the guarantor in real time and electronically (through payment service providers) during the provision of services.
