August 5, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has registered two companies subordinate to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) - SOCAR Zone I and SOCAR BTBK.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the structure that the organizational and legal form of both companies is a limited liability company (LLC).

Both companies, located at 121 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Narimanov district, Baku, where SOCAR's head office is located, were established with investments of 1,000 manats each.
The legal representative of SOCAR Zone I is Rashad Bakhtiyev, and the legal representative of SOCAR BTBK LLC is Farhad Ibadov.
