July 29, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, the operating loss of the State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan (MIDA) amounted to 3.935 million manats (a rise of 6.6% versus 2023).

ABC.AZ informs, referring to Agency's financial report, MIDA ended 2024 with net profit of 2.692 million manats (3-fold less than in 2023).

MIDA's financial income last year reached 12.857 million manats (+11.7%), net income from impairment of financial assets - 334,000 manats (+19.5%), general and administrative expenses - 4.269 million manats (+4%), loss on fair value of loans - 7.126 million manats (no loss in the previous year), and income tax payments - 1.726 million manats (+15.1%).

As of January 1, 2025, MIDA's assets totaled 517.383 million manats (+14.7%). Agency's liabilities grew by 13.9% up to 38.775 million manats, and the balance sheet capital by 14.8% up to 478.608 million manats.
