July 17, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of 2025, 18 business entities with investment portfolio of more than 307 million manats received resident status in industrial zones managed by the Azerbaijan Economic Zones Development Agency, and 3 entrepreneurs received non-resident status.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the agency, that 3 of them are registered as residents of the Aghdam Industrial Park, 5 – the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park, 3 – Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park, 5 – Hajigabul Industrial Park, 1 – Masalli Industrial Quarter and 1 – Sabirabad Industrial Quarter.

At the same time, 3 business entities in the Aghdam, Hajigabul industrial parks and the Araz Valley Economic Zone received non-resident status.

Registered investors will implement projects in industrial zones for the production of smart TVs, bicycles, electric buses, elevators and escalators, form a cluster in the textile industry, as well as build a solar power plant.
