July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Bakı-Pivə OJSC, operated by Danish capital Carlsberg Azerbaijan under a lease agreement for production facilities, completed 2024 with net profit of 119,000 manats.

ABC.AZ informs that this means a decline of 59.1% versus net profit in 2023 in the amount of 291,000 manats.

Revenues remained unchanged and reached 488,700 manats in 2 years. However, there was a significant increase in administrative costs.

In 2024, these expenses totaled 339,500 manats, while in 2023 this figure was 124,800 manats. Two years ago, the annual rent was 459,000 manats.

The total assets of Bakı-Pivə have also increased from 3.632 million manats up to 3.785 million manats. The increase in assets was mainly linked with an increase in non-current assets, in particular, accounts receivable.

Short-term assets decreased from 708,000 manats to 634,000 manats.
