July 8, Fineko/abc.az. An enterprise for the manufacture of elevators and escalators will start operating in the Aghdam Industrial Park.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Economic Zones Development Agency, that Fujiai Azerbaijan LLC, created on the basis of Azerbaijani-Chinese capital, received resident status. The enterprise will be located on a plot of 1 hectare, and the volume of investments in the project will amount to 3.7 million manats.

At the first stage, it is planned to produce up to 1,200 elevators per year using Chinese technologies. In the future, the company intends to start producing escalators.

To date, 29 residents and 4 non-residents have been registered in the Aghdam Industrial Park, with total investment portfolio of 270 million manats.
