ABC.AZ reports, referring to Morgan Stanley that the funds will be used to build data centers to expand the artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The startup has already been valued at $80 billion. According to Reuters, xAI was in talks to attract investments of $20 billion, which could bring company's valuation to $200 billion. Grok chatbot developed by the startup competes with OpenAI's ChatGPT.
