May 29, Fineko/abc.az. LATIFA sewing factory in Zerti village of Lachin district plans to increase its staff up to 120 people, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Guloglan Hasanov, the director of the enterprise, as part of media tour "Following in the Footsteps of the President".

He added that this is part of efforts to ensure permanent employment for residents of Lachin and surrounding villages.

Hasanov noted that the factory will produce 2,000 textile products per day.

"This includes the production of home textiles, special clothing, sports kits and other products. The new production facilities established in Lachin are equipped with innovative technologies, which is of great importance in terms of the export orientation of the products," he added.

President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of LATINA sewing factory in Lachin on May 27.
