May 27, Fineko/abc.az. There are objective and subjective reasons for State Budget significant expenditures in December.

ABC.AZ informs that Finance Minister Sahil Babayev made the above-said statement during the discussion of the Bill on Execution of State Budget 2024 at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.

According to Babayev, the main objective reason is that governmental agencies pay bonuses to employees in December:

"It is necessary to take into account that the wage fund in the budget is 12 billion manats. On the other hand, part of the public procurement is carried out in December."
