May 26, Fineko/abc.az. Ukraine is considering the possibility of importing gas from Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova through the Trans-Balkan Corridor.

ABC.AZ reports, quoting former Minister of Energy of Ukraine Olga Buslavets.

Five GTS operators serving the Greece-Ukraine route have offered a new ROUT1 product with tariffs reduced by 25%. If regulators promptly approve the initiative, it could make the most expensive imported gas route more affordable for Ukraine.

At the moment, Kiev receives gas from Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.
